Amnesty International Investigates Claim that Billy Crudup’s Blue Balls in “Watchmen” Caused by Inhumane, Unrelieved Sexual Arousal

dr-manhattan-watchmenaLONDON – Amnesty International is investigating anonymous tips that Billy Crudup, portraying Dr. Manhattan in Watchmen, was subjected to chronic torture throughout the making of the film in order to maintain the blue color of his genitalia.

“We have received reliable tips that Mr. Crudup, who was forced to play virtually every scene in the film nude, was subjected to prolonged, inhumane, unrelieved sexual arousal in order to achieve the ‘blue’ look in his testicles,” said Irene Kahn, Secretary General of Amnesty International. 

 ”The purposeful inducing of ‘blue balls’ is among the gravest abuse of human rights,” she said.  “And might I add that Mr. Crudup has a very beautiful, long and thick shlong.”

The investigation is continuing.
